Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Work life balance, MD's friendly behaviour, Food system of the office, Staff behaviors etc.

Dislikes

Need some skill development programs, Outing for employees which can help to make a bond, Leaves are less. 6 days working.

Nothing to Like in E3 Group of Companies.

Dislikes

They have No policies for employees, No benefits for employees, No Earned Leave/Sick Leave/Maternity Leave. No appraisal, No Leaves. Not ready for changes for betterment for growth of employees. Only showoff.
