Colleagues help each other.A few do not help anyone and do not respond If you like to work long days here you should give full effort.If they know you are a good worker you get paid more.

-Best place for beginners for learning technical things. -Based on the project new technical things we can learn. -Seniors & co-workers are helping to develop our skill. -Good team work.

- There are not a lot of things to say, If you complete your training fast you will be assigned to your project and you will be expected to work like an experienced candidate. - Some of your colleagues will be helpful.

Dislikes

- Your marks do not matter when you join the company because if you have more marks you are expected to work more. If you have fewer marks you will expect to work even harder and mistakes won't be tolerated. - This is not a flat organization where every one of you will be treated differently. freshers will be pressured indirectly to stay late and do some more work. If you are an experienced joining here you will never get any appreciation. Then you will be monitored by cameras (some human cameras too). - A new project or new tech analysis will be given to guys whom they can control. - Everyone should come to the office on time(10 AM sometimes they will ask you to come 10 mins before) only if you are fresher, a new guy or a guy they don't like. - Suppose they want to fire a person. Management will decide by consulting only with the people they trust. - Not all of them, But some will make you feel like you are someone who is below them. - There will do a lot of cost-cutting sometimes it will reflect even in tissues. - Birthdays or celebrations will affect productivity, So they will be avoided most of the time. And for team lunch, you will have limited options like chicken biryani or mutton biryani. - They are not a concept called the bond in this office, But you will threaten by saying "If you leave before that I will not give you experience or the relieving letter". - The environment will feel like you are back in your college sorry maybe to your school. - Also there is no WFH in the office, only few will get the privilege to do WFH.
