And even they call you on late nights for work updates. 3. Poor work satisfaction. 4. Too much of politics and favoritism. 5. No cross team coordination. 6. Lack of management knowledge to handle projects. 7. Senior devs, Solution architect lacks knowledge to handle complex tasks, and blame games typically can be seen. 8. No employee recognition. Ignorance to employee health and state of mind.
