1. Poor work-life balance, they even call you on Sunday to come to office and work, no WFH. 2. Late nights work causing burnout. Usually they asks you to stay for 12 hours or more. And even they call you on late nights for work updates. 3. Poor work satisfaction. 4. Too much of politics and favouritism. 5. No cross team coordination. 6. Lack of management knowledge to handle projects. 7. Senior devs, Team leads and Solution architect lacks knowledge to handle complex tasks, and blame games usually can been seen. 8. No employee recognition. Ignorance to employee health and state of mind.

Dislikes

Some colleagues are not beave well with other employees. The seniors of the office should understand them.
