1. Poor work-life balance, they even call you on Sunday to come to office and work, no WFH. 2. Late nights work causing burnout. Usually they ask you to stay for 12 hours or more. And even they call you on late nights for work updates. 3. Poor work satisfaction. 4. Too much of politics and favoritism. 5. No cross team coordination. 6. Lack of management knowledge to handle projects. 7. Senior devs, Solution architect lacks knowledge to handle complex tasks, and blame games typically can be seen. 8. No employee recognition. Ignorance to employee health and state of mind.

Some colleagues are not beave well with other employees. The seniors of the office should understand them.
