Lots of internal politics, favouritism environment by manager's. Manager any time call you for work after your shifts timings, required allocation is not based your skills and capabilities they allocated first to their favourite employee than other.

Absconding Without Notice: Instances of employees not reporting to work without prior communication or valid reasons, disrupting team efficiency.
