promotion on time, on time salary and events celebration.

Dislikes

Lots of internal politics, favouritism environment by manager's. Manager any time call you for work after your shifts timings, required allocation is not based your skills and capabilities they allocated first to their favourite employee than other.

... complete the targets. - No Job Security, will fire instantly within 2 months - No fix day for salary - Bad Managers , Unreal Expectation - No proper work procedure - You will be asked to come early and leave late in the evening. - Fake promises/info shared during onboarding by the HR just to make you join. - No Proper Agreement will be given even after many months of working

Additionally, some team members have absconded from work without providing valid reasons or prior notice, further affecting team productivity and morale. Key Concerns: Planned Leave Not Approved: Team members are facing challenges in obtaining approval for planned leave, which affects personal and work-life balance. Casual Leave (CL) and Earned Leave (EL) Rejections: Both casual and earned leave requests are being rejected without clear justification.
