Lots of internal politics, favouritism environment by manager's. Manager any time call you for work after your shifts timings, required allocation is not based your skills and capabilities they allocated first to their favourite employee than other.

If you going to join please make sure not gonna join Rashmita’s team she do not accept new joiner in her team she happy with her old team if you ready to face micromanaging,misbehaving aggressive unofficial rude behaviour then only join her team otherwise I strongly suggest you do not join her team at the time of your joining

I can't say anything about this because my manager Saif Naim Sir was so good that he never gave me and any of my colleagues a chance to think anything wrong about the company.
