Dislikes

Everything. No work culture, no job satisfaction, pressurizing and stressful environment, no appraisal, promotion, continuation bonus, nothing. No matter how hard you work and reach the office on time, your work and dedication will never get noticed.

I had the unfortunate experience of working at Eglobal soft solutions, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst job experience. The manager behavior is absolutely unprofessional and toxic, there's clear lack of employees, and it's evident that the management has no interest in fostering a positive or supportive work environment. The Manager often displays rude and dismissive attitude . The work culture is very negative.

Employes are friendly and helpful. Good to learn for L1 Technical support.

The story starts on the last of 27 Sept 2023. I started my job at EGSS company. I have qualified for all my interviews round and they have given me an offer letter I went to the office with great of energy. I have given full dedication towards learning to the job. But after 3 days the company admin told me that we could not give you job because we don't have money to give to the trainer. I told them I will learn it by my own and you could not fire me before one month.. but they did not listen me and my other also friend also and they fire we both of us instantly without no solid reason and in illegal way... This how they cheated with us and wasted my time and money which I used to travel from New Ashok Nagar to Saket. And there was one Chef also who told me that he is also suffering a lot and he told us that la-st manager was good but he also quit jo because of office politics. So he have taken 8-9 good employees that's why company is under loss. My name is Faisal and I am ex employee of Wipro Technologies.
