...y desatisfy with company. HR is also useless as they dominated by company owner. Seniors are also behaving as mafia, for ex: holding salary or mark absent, giving unrealistic sales target even you are not from sales background. Please don't come at this company to work

Work life balance and everything good seniors also very supportive

Promotion they will not see your work they will judge by face or designation if you are posted as a senior level then they will promote you without judging anything...I am really disappointed for this

The opportunity to learn and excel is immense. If you work hard, there is a massive scope of learning Absolutely open door policy, if you have an idea it will be heard no matter what.

It's been an interesting journey working with Chargeup. Everyday is a new learning and I'm enjoying every bit of it. All the employees are really friendly and the management is quite supportive.

There is no guarantee of how long the job will last because the company is reducing staff. It is not clear whether the job is safe or not and the incentives do not come on time.
