I'm an ex employee of this company and must say here that I have nothing to gain for praising high for this copany "E-careers" unnecessarily, so my review is genuine. One of the most likable thing about this company is that I got to work from home since last year, day 1. The management, team mates and leaders are cool enough to make you feel working like your own company. I was not well and had to go through surgery, and company did provide me almost 2 months of leave on seperate occasion without any doubt or question. Though I had to provide the medical docs 😊. But unfortunately, had to leave the company due to health issue, and they did allow me to complete my last working day without serving any notice period. One thing I must say, if your reasons are genuine, you will get all the support from the management. Even sometime more than you expect.

Dislikes

No company or employee is perfect..! There should not be any hesitation to say that when you have already praised enough in your review note. I must say that company do not provide any transport but that is okay. However female employees may have some difficulties, but I never heard they had any issue regarding this. Also, by the time I was there, company didn't provide any medical or health insurance. I would request the company to look in to this for new and existing employees.

People are there too humble and supporting. If you have any doubt, never doubt yourself to ask for help. And co-workers never failed to be supportive.

Dislikes

I won't say I disliked, but company don't provide cabs. However this was not applicable to me as I never required. So no dislikes. 😜
