nothing to like about, this is a typical lala company, no benefits, office politics, egoistics management, this is a place where dreams go to die.

...d by HR for his/her own expenses, there is corruption here, never seen anywhere. yes you would be given diwali/birthday gifts but that is also deducted from your salary! You are asked to mandatory give 9 hrs daily, even the time for washroom/lunch etc is being tracked, now they are implementing screen time recording. Mandatory work from office and often have to extend whenever there is client visit, and trust me there are lot of client visits!! About commuting to office, there is no support from org, as this is in cyber hub, you would find hard to book a cab at the given working hrs, I would not suggest to join here, kindly take the offer letter and look somewhere else.

Dyninno has a well-structured incentive system that recognizes and rewards employees for their hard work and achievements, though there is a room for improvement when it comes to the frequency and scale of salary appraisals. While I believe there is potential for more regular feedback and clear growth paths in terms of salary increments.

It is good because of the collaboration, innovation emphasis on personal growth, and most importantly cultural fit, as it gives a sense of belonging, encouraging team members to bring their creativity to the forefront. My TL is very supportive and has helped me grow within this organisation. He has always observed my hard work and sharpened my skills so that I can contribute meaningfully. The managers here truly value the values, which is 'Team is a Force'; that is what I like about the company most.

They are just making fool of customers in the name of sales. Tenured agents are pathetic, They consider themselves as the owner of the company. However you will get full support from your supervisors and managers, they are really supportive If they work on providing the services to customers this company can become very large, but they pretend that they are providing the service but actually making fool of customer just to get there pocket fill with money This company is really great but I left because of bad tenured agents and making fool of customer in the name of sales If you have no heart and can let it happen to you what you do to others, this is a really a great place for you to work. People are earning more than 1 lakh rs every month.

Dislikes

No training programmes,no friendly policies. Focus is on only revenue generation for the company. No skills enhancements for beginners in travel industry. No job security.
