The only thing good here is you get chance to hands-on learning of MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations which is a full scale ERP system.

Dislikes

1) There is no dedicated learning or training department, they will give some videos to watch which are in no way any level of training material and then expect you to be a master at the product. 2) The internal politics is so bad that spending even 1 minute is going to feel like jail. 3) They will monitor your working hours through time sheet which then they will again re verify against a time tracking software that tracks screen time and mouse movement 4) There is no growth if you're not management's favorite which you can only become either being a relative of some senior or just work 12-14 hours a day and play politics.

I have been working with Dynatech Systems since last four years. It's a very good company to work in. I have seen exponential growth in my professional life as when you work with Dynatech you will get to learn new things on daily basis. Also the management of the Dynatech Systems is very well co-operative and seniors are very much supportive.

At times, balancing work and personal life can be challenging, especially when critical tasks arise or a project is nearing its go-live date. However, these instances are not frequent.
