No medical insurance for employees. No annual benefit like bonus ,LTA,etc. No job security. Unethical business practices. No system and process for business development. Any time without discussion and they reduce your working area, designation. Unethical pressure. No follow up of planned strategy. Not a human friendly organization.

Good work culture and supportive team head.Company policies are good but salary package for the experienced candidates are not so fair.

Work wise all ok, but remuneration for the experienced candidates is not at all good.

1. No employee benefits. 2. No customer engagement activities. 3. No training for carrier of job related growth. 4. Leaves are highly suspicious. 5. Expense is very low compare to the industry. Over all, Dynamic Techno Medical is a highly unorganized company, who has no vision for the company as well as for the employees.

Products range is good but company is not flexible for corporate business. No marketing support. No confrence participation. No job security. No support from HO in terms of anything. No commitment can ne fulfilled by HO. Not fair for employees in terms of financial.

Worthless Management. They have an unprofessional work culture as people keeps on changing. There is no certainity at all. People from HO admin doesnit provide any information when asked for. They are just running the show in a typical way. A bunch of fools joined from cardio diabetic segment joined in the hierarchy and they are working in an unproductive unscientific manner by promoting the hospital and surgical brands.

Complete waste of time. Worthless.
