The company is open to adopt new ideas. I love the fact being not a part of operations but still from operations people do come and ask for suggestion.Senior Managemnet is very helpful and guide properly.

Compensation isdecent but growth is slow.People dependency is too high.

While my ovaral experience has been postive, there are few areas where i feel there could be improvement, Emplyoee Training, Growth Period, fair pay in new employee & Old emp. some flexebility work, Kind of fest celebration and Emp farewell not done. etc.

Working at this company has been one of the worst decisions of my career. I experienced a lack of professionalism and an unhealthy work environment here. During my time in the Bangalore office, the manager was so full of himself and dismissive that he even expected all the employees to work on leave when they had any serious issues happening at home with their personal lives. The culture here is deeply toxic, it is common for senior employees from Pune and Bangalore office to address freshers or junior employees with derogatory names and insults. Overall the office environments of Dynalog are hostile and I would definitely not recommend anyone to work here if they are seeking a respectful and supportive workplace.

All work is pending all the time. Employees especially in Sales have a bad habit of sitting late till 9 or 9:30 pm. Worst CEO ever seen. Fancies his company as if he made it. It was made by a failed MP who destroyed 10 cr cash in elections. Who takes original certificates? Is HR Association even auditing such bad HR policies? Extremely bad experience with the wife of CEO. Both are never in the office at exactly 9 am. They come in their own world timings at 11 am or anytime they feel like. Office is filled with maximum politics. Work culture is so bad that the office boys don't even give you tea in the morning or evening. It is kept in the hall and everybody comes in like a bhikari to drink a bigger sip. Lot of money laundering going on with multiple entities.

The work culture is incredibly supportive and professional. The management encourages open communication, and there's a collaborative spirit that make problem solving more effectively.
