Dont join here at any cost, They wont going to pay your sallary. They showing you an offer to go abroad country but its all trap dont fall in that, they take your passport and play with you as per their requirement.

Not paying employees sallary, i see inside employee salaries are pending about 6-9 moths. Very bad and corrupt management here, only corrupt people can stay here.

Dislikes

Nobody from management know when employees will get paid thier salary. When employees ask about salary strongly, they are asked to search for new job as company can't pay them on time. I would like to give an advice if you have a job already, don't leave it on the basis of Dyna Biotech's offer letter. They don't pay salary for up to 8 months. At the time of hiring HR will lie like anything directly at your face.
