...jected up to 3 clients they put you in PIP. They didn't give appraisals on time. Variable pay also they didn't give properly.

Work from home facility is available. It helps to continuing work during COVID 19 pandemic situation. Job security is there. Work life balance.

Growth is slow. Lack of communication. Poor communication is big problem at workplace. I don't have enough challenges to prove myself.

I m working since 1 year here as service now developer. Company is having very good working culture and provide many opportunities for better growth. There is no cons here. I m very much happy with my organization.
