Pathetic Appraisal and promotion policies. Won't increase your salary, won't leave you early if you have an offer. Managers are entitled pricks and not leaders. They will extract the last drop out of you for work, but will cry about policy paralysis when you ask them for help. Had Good learnings for me as a worker, faced 3rd rate management as a subordinate. Wish i could give a negative rating for promotions and hikes. Management is high on the power of their position, and turn a blind eye towards employee's problems.

Work from home is good step.

Dislikes

Company is not winning enough deals and there is cost cutting everywhere. Firing of employees is happening and managers are forced to give names of low performers just to meet bell curve and employees at the lower end of bell curve are terminated.

DXC work from home is good, but they will recruit for good salary when they need resources and ask them to leave once they achieved their work, managers do not work ethically. Not much learning, no good management with respect to technical aspect, they never work towards providing a good service to the customer. Providing service and better service is different.

Dislikes

No salary hike, not much employee benefit, managers are not that talented, they have become managers as they were in DXC for longer period nothing else, no growth, lot of attrition rate and they sack employees unnecessarily. Health insurance only for employee family and not for parents.
