Senior professionals are also able to work on technical skills handson. Senior folks are not overloaded with managerial work. Company is growing big under the new leadership of Mike Salvino.

Flat organization structure. Salary difference at the same level.

Fixed income. Salary is low. Didn't get much support from colleagues and management. Limited learning experience.
