... it was HP, HPE and later Dxc..I was into trade and work pressure is manageble. Reason I left becoz there was no Bonus or hike given in 3 years and promotions were kept on hold due to no reasons.. However other than these two points, everything else was good

Office politics If you are working as a junior level no one will listen to you management and HR will always listen to Operation level person. If you raise your voice for anything they will target you and make difficult you way to survive in the organisation and ask you to leave

Nothing was to my dislike, Salary and compensations could have surely been better at par with market standards. Many juniors were unhappy in this regard.

It will be a great opportunity for me to start my career with DXC TECHNOLOGY,which is reputed company. I had very good working environment with my team leader and colleagues.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.i have to complete the given task with answering to client Emails.
