...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

i have nothing i liked about DXC everything is bad in dxc. there wont be any personal or professional growth and there is no proper process for anything. they will what ever they want to.

they dont give you hikes. they dont pay well. there wont be any growth at all. dxc is terrible.

Work Life balance is good especially in the pre-sales. Still need lot of improvement in the overheads that becomes the block when responding to clients.

Irrespective of promotion the salary doesn't align with the role rather they try to align with previous salary eventhough if it's below market standard. The exit policy created by HR doesn't look professional. When the management decide to leave you the HR has different policy to make sure they charge you in the name of notice period recovery eventhough you are saving the company the cost of being there.
