Work Life balance is good. As of now Work from Home till March 2023.

Dislikes

No salary hike Value towards Employee is poor It's not suitable for freshers Mostly service based projects, cannot expect promotions & hikes in service based projects. Even from Computer science background they'll assign to service based projects. Growth is less One cannot show their talent & cannot move to better team even having lot of talent. Manager won't agree to move. In 2022, company gave 3 rating to lot of employees and removed them immediately. There's no job security.
