There is some levels of being flexible and time offs aren't much of an issue.

There hasn't been any hikes in over a two years now. They expect the best of quality of work but don't pay out for the same.

This company is open to innovation and adopts the latest technology. I enjoyed being part of the team. And few of my colleagues are from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is pretty decent, but growth is slow if you are slow in learning new things.

It's definitely a good place to work. I see people work here for years . That shows how good this company is. Otherwise it's human nature, if not comfortable no body then they wouldn't be staying so long. Thanks!

...ant a stable work life. It's a product based company so minimum bench policy. When it comes to salary they have not been paying every year.. They might pay based on company's profit business etc Promotions also takes some time, you have to increase your visibility like anything.. Then they consider you.
