The Work life balance is Good in DXC. Even the work timings are Good. No micro management. If Getting a good compensation while joining then it is good.

... are pathetic. Mainly for the resources who is staying for a longer time period. only 2 Salary hikes since last 6-7 years. Retention policy is pathetic. Can't connect to HR directly, only via portal.

...d zero. Promotion, hike are based on your out of office relations with superior. Or you join at lateral level with huge package, you will be offered double. But again such people take the hike and leave the company Last but important, company has no projects
