(But they want new comers to join within 15 days or less) You have to pay DXC 3 months of your basic salary if you want to leave ASAP. 12) Shifts change every 3 months. 13) They say promotions are available after 18 months of service. But depends on your performance. Unsure if it's real or just a "scam" to keep you. 14) Lunch breaks are severely regulated if there's a lot of call flow. Night shift gets you additional Rs500/ night. So monthly another Rs 10,000 extra along with your salary into your bank account. Company should be renamed to Depressive Xpert Corporation. The company owns you as long as you're in your working hours. 27) Management encourages you to misreport your working hours on Replicon, especially if you're working weekend shift. Shamelessness and weak labour laws does not stop the company from taking advantage. 28) Depending on accounts that mandate work from office, they may or maynot be strict on cab delays. Unpredictable Bangalore traffic and personal delays are not accounted or entertained. Immense pressure goes to transport department to ensure exact login time.
