i have nothing i liked about DXC everything is bad in dxc. there wont be any personal or professional growth and there is no proper process for anything. they will what ever they want to.

they dont give you hikes. they dont pay well. there wont be any growth at all. dxc is terrible.

Skill development is good as they also thrive to make candidate learn the latest skills which helps in career. Workplace is very good as it had huge campus and place is so relaxing.huge cafetaria. Flexible timings.

Dislikes

...de even 1% hike in 2-3 years ,some told me even in 5 Years which is pathetic. Why do they let go resource who is 3-4 yrs experienced and hire candidates by offering more salary. Perks are also very less. Even in covid times the compensation they provided were very less compared to its competitors

Could be better at providing compensation and packages... Reviews and hikes are very less compared to current market such that coping up with current trend of life is tough

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but career grow is slow
