Dislikes

...solve your issues. Company retains incompetent people and do layoffs frequently. No salary hike. No motivation. There are lots of improvement areas. This company functions on 10 year old ITES structure.

... or two new policies, there is nothing thats going right with this organization. Working hours are increased all of a sudden in India without any additional pay. Job security is at the bottom with lot of employees including managers, senior Professionals, IT staff being asked to leave.

Dislikes

Never thought it would go this bad. The merger of CSC and Hewlett Packard enterprise (HPE) was the worst thing to happen to HPE employees. The organization currently is worst place to join with 0% job security.
