* No defined Salary Increment Cycle - Industry practice is whenever Salary Increment Cycle gets delayed, employee gets arrears starting from Increment cycle. however here this will keep getting delayed. * Variable Component(Bonus) - Last 5 year , it was given last year first time. That too is getting delayed this time with no communicaiton. * Increments are peanuts whereas because of great attrition organizations have already declared.
