Team members are supportive. I have never had problems with Leaves here. Permanent Work From Home.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Management is poor. No salary hike post 1 year. No transparency how they decide your rating. Manager keeps asking to do new courses and certifications in every team meeting. Processes are too slow. Not good for a fresher. For people who want to settle it is still okay. Too much groupism and age gap between experienced and those who are working for 2-3 years.

i have nothing i liked about DXC everything is bad in dxc. there wont be any personal or professional growth and there is no proper process for anything. they will what ever they want to.
