Recognition is good. You can do a lot of certifications and managers are really good. You get to work on a variety of projects and managers provide you ample opportunities to choose your career path and move forward.

Dislikes

Salary hike and promotions are not good. There is a lot of politics between various teams.

...d zero. Promotion, hike are based on your out of office relations with superior. Or you join at lateral level with huge package, you will be offered double. But again such people take the hike and leave the company Last but important, company has no projects

i have nothing i liked about DXC everything is bad in dxc. there wont be any personal or professional growth and there is no proper process for anything. they will what ever they want to.

Dislikes

they dont give you hikes. they dont pay well. there wont be any growth at all. dxc is terrible.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
