Friendly atmosphere between same years of experience, but not with seniors.

Dislikes

We should not keep Salary expectations, work environment is more like a school which contains headmasters rather than a corporate company, Mainly in Service now India team.

Likes

Good management, we can get new skills, good onsite opportunities based on projects. Job security is good until we are not staying in bench for long time. But some projects are there within DXC apart from client projects so no worries on projects.

Dislikes

Work life balance is ok. Salary is not good and annual performance review process is not good.

...holic for others who can speak and take time and leaves out, it would be good. Management - Management is powerless when it comes to compensation and other details, they are just their to ensure work gets delivered. Senior level management you would not have connect with. Company Policies - Very great policies and one of the world class. Job Security - As long as you are deployable to other projects, your job is safe, there is no concept of keeping you on bench for long.. may be for a month max.

Promotions - Forget it, May take 4-5 years for you to go to next level, if you are lucky. Appraisals - Not so great. Politics - Very minimal because all people are engaged in work a lot and hardly there is any time to play politics, so company is good from politics stand point. Learning - There is a lot that you would need to learn from Online modules, but only online NO classroom trainings, but then again due to workload, you would hardly get anytime to learn. Innovation - In few pockets of the company. Worklife balance - None at least that was the case for me in the company. was always occupied with a lot of work.

I got the opportunity to work with a very good manager. I didn't find any dirty politics in my project. Work life balance is good. They don't force you to work till late or on weekend. If required you are requested to work but not mandatory. I didn't find any issue with getting leaves. You get respect for your work.

Bad compensation policy Not much to learn for your career growth

They have provided WFH but they are not ready to pay net charges. After a lot of explanation they are paying back the net charges. This could also be the issue with manager not the company itself
