Salary is very low compare to current market. There is no surity on hike. It's depend on so many policies. Even whether rataining high performance employees or not is not in hand of project manager. Management is worst. If any thing we ask they will say we can't give you guarantee. If you are going to join then get the satisfied salary confirmation first because, after one year you won't get deserved hike and also process of hike is too long and they are not giving any arrears for that process.

Nothing to be liked, organization will find every possible way to squeeze you.

Dislikes

No salary hike, even if it happens after 3/4 years, you can't afford a large pizza in that increased amount. Toxic work culture. you might not get any holidays wether it is indian holiday or it relates to your respective project location (XIS). No learning is there due to overwork you are forced to do. Working here feels like working in pre independent East India Company, always ready to scam you.
