totally rotten organization when it comes to appraisal and pay raise. There is a parallel organization in DXC which simply cause trouble for smooth running accounts, just because resource managers have big ego.

...t is very lethargic about giving employees the right opportunities they deserve. They practice huge pay difference in onsite for same positions as well.

Existing employees get peanuts. You might be getting a good entry package but they will not increase that years to come.

Senior professionals are also able to work on technical skills handson. Senior folks are not overloaded with managerial work. Company is growing big under the new leadership of Mike Salvino.
