DXC work from home is good, but they will recruit for good salary when they need resources and ask them to leave once they achieved their work, managers do not work ethically. Not much learning, no good management with respect to technical aspect, they never work towards providing a good service to the customer. Providing service and better service is different.

Dislikes

No salary hike, not much employee benefit, managers are not that talented, they have become managers as they were in DXC for longer period nothing else, no growth, lot of attrition rate and they sack employees unnecessarily. Health insurance only for employee family and not for parents.

Likes

Excellent Work Environment. Good Platform for Freshers. No Work Pressures. One cam learn good Skills with the help of Percipio. DXC gives you much opportunities to get certifications like Azure, AWS with the help of 100% DXC funded voucher.

Salary is good for freshers. But, Hike% is a bit low. Apart from Hike%, DXC is a very good platform to work.

Pathetic Appraisal and promotion policies. Won't increase your salary, won't leave you early if you have an offer. Managers are entitled pricks and not leaders. They will extract the last drop out of you for work, but will cry about policy paralysis when you ask them for help. Had Good learnings for me as a worker, faced 3rd rate management as a subordinate. Wish i could give a negative rating for promotions and hikes. Management is high on the power of their position, and turn a blind eye towards employee's problems.

Everything was good untill the management changes , hikes been stopped for 2 years promotion cycles stopped , projects are less now a days and our business team always focus our employees to show results without given any new or more projects . Hoping that in future they will get new cloud related projects and give DMs many opportunities I hope I will be assigned to any new technology related projects.

I worked in this industry when it was Hewlett Packard 2007 to 2019 i left the org 2019 and joined back 2022 the work culture amazing managers, learning and new technology upgrade and work life balance is the first thing that i would give 5 rating as we all work from home Its always employees first respect for individual

Salary Hike is slow, promotion is slow
