Teammates are supportive. Company policy is quite okay, doesn't have good salary hike but hike is there.

Motivation is not there. Politics is there. Doesn't get extra money for nightshift or working extra hours.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

i have nothing i liked about DXC everything is bad in dxc. there wont be any personal or professional growth and there is no proper process for anything. they will what ever they want to.

they dont give you hikes. they dont pay well. there wont be any growth at all. dxc is terrible.

Mentors are really good. There are more opportunities to take up certifications. Teammates and work environment is great. There isuch scope to improve your knowledge with all the trainings available in the org.

... is the pay structure. Hikes are announced by july end which is not really fair. Salary hikes and promotions are the 2 things which is taken too lightly or rather not considered at all.
