Company provides no bonus, no celebration of any festival. HR is least interested to talk to you. There is no interactive session to check on employee intrest or how is his mental health.

My dislike is low compensation and benefits. Then salary range also very low. Otherwise all good

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

As a fresher i was expecting good Team and very Good Culture and Team member who are quite cool and helpful, I'm so happy that I have experienced it in DXC from Day1. Just loved the way they welcomed me New Joiners will have a lovely Time in DXC.

Apart From Salary Don't even expect anything from Them. Work Harder and Just get valuable feedback and appreciation for the manager. As a fresher i had Alot of Expectations on how will I be welcomed and what all gifts and Bonus will be provided and all but sad to say this Salary alone will be credited on time with DXC Laptop and Pretty Good Headset before Joining any Team and Nothing Else.
