I like about DXC is my team, i have no idea about other teams in DXC but the team i am working in was super supportive

Dislikes

The things i don't like in DXC was about the salary and Benefits to there employees, they don't even care about employees welfare they just want to work to complete, I am little better as my manager is supportive if not in dxc thet don't even have a training for thr new employees and there is no proper kt, I have joined DXC stright from my college and they don't have any plan to train me and expect me to start working on the project after a week without any proper kt or training.

Salary is on time and permanent WFH. Work life balance is good. There are multiple projects for SAP. You will be recognized for your work done. You can upskill by L&D internally with Linkedin and Udemy.

Office politics If you are working as a junior level no one will listen to you management and HR will always listen to Operation level person. If you raise your voice for anything they will target you and make difficult you way to survive in the organisation and ask you to leave

...d zero. Promotion, hike are based on your out of office relations with superior. Or you join at lateral level with huge package, you will be offered double. But again such people take the hike and leave the company Last but important, company has no projects

Company has no projects Seniors have no work ethics and etiquette

Easy Leaves approval, work life balance, culture is good.

Compensation & benefits are poor. DXC don't pay well, employees are underpaid n never gives bonuses to there employees which are mentioned in there CTC. Even for basic rebursement of WiFi in pandemic, they hv so much formality n i feel they hv instructed managers not to approve expenses.
