The work life balance is major plus in this company.Generally people come to office 3 to 4 days in a week. WFH option is easily available. No work stress. During COVID-19 lockdown our company didn't even provide a dongle or broad band connection to WFH. They have informed to do WFH from 31st March that too we have received the communication late in the night.

Dislikes

Variable pay will not be paid(0%) . No hikes/ less percentage increase. We have received hikes after 30 months. That too less than 10%. No bonus, no promotions. US visa is difficult here.

...ollow policies only if it's on organization benefit. No hike for past 2 years. No employee benefits, even they didn't give variable pay from our salary structure

...d zero. Promotion, hike are based on your out of office relations with superior. Or you join at lateral level with huge package, you will be offered double. But again such people take the hike and leave the company Last but important, company has no projects

Company has no projects Seniors have no work ethics and etiquette

There is no positivity- To much politics by Senior Management No action against them, All your Hardwork gets vain you will not get awarded not even thank you mail

Worst company no salary hike - All the manager give awards and hike to the their close one

Teammates are supportive. Company policy is quite okay, doesn't have good salary hike but hike is there.

Dislikes

Motivation is not there. Politics is there. Doesn't get extra money for nightshift or working extra hours.
