Additionally, I observed favoritism towards employees who had been with the company longer or engaged in flattery, which created an unfair and discouraging environment for others. Office politics seemed to take precedence over meaningful work, which hindered professional development. I would only recommend considering this company as a last resort. If you’re looking for growth, learning, or a supportive culture, this may not be the right place for you.
