Learning is great. Very process oriented organization. Meritocracy is followed.

Dislikes

Salary and other benefits are very low. You have to compulsorily work on Saturdays and Sunday. Work Life Balance takes a hit.

All problems arise from the Top. Immediate leaders are not fit to lead. TLs emotionally manipulate and lie to the consultants. Very toxic leadership, micromanaging the wrong things. Blaming the consultants and deep diving into consultants work for nor bringing in deals when They don't provide the right leads. Managers mostly suffer from a bipolar disorder. Can't share anything with an HR because they tell on you to the TL who then blocks your growth. Terrible terrible leadership. The HRs lie during the interview, I was hired for a specific market but now I'm being told to sell a different market. Unreasonable Mid level managers. Join at the risk of your mental health. In the end Money is important but not at the cost of your mental health.

Im working with Dwello from last 4 yrs. Salary on time. Apart from salary we also get performance allowance, bonus and Incentive. The HR management is very cooperative. Team leader is very supportive.
