Top managers have no knowledge about how to run an organisation. And there is a female as the AVP and she knows nothing about her job. She behaves like the ceo of the company and takes all the decisions. She has no experience in recruitment but joined as the delivery manager. And she says she is the delivery manager, lead, hrbp, generalist and AVP. No work hierarchy, no clients, but they will keep hiring always. And later they fire employees without prior intimation. We have seen many employees who were unemployed for months because Durus fired employees without informing. Such companies should not be in the market. Please don’t trust any post on Linkedin and join here

Durus consulting.. They are very much close to my heart. where you can learn about IT. Staffs are very much friendly . The one who works here won't be feeling like you are working in a company.. You can feel same as like your home
