If you are the one who work with dedication, you get work, no appreciation, all management centric decisions where made, no care towards employees.

Likes

Good people, not all but most of, weekend offs, work from home allowed but not for permenant, be ready to work anywhere anytime, cricket football tournament also there

Dislikes

Slow and less growth but more work sometimes work for 12-15 hours, sometimes work after 12 at night, one lady who takes advantage of her manager post and keep shouting on juniors so that whole office hears.

Company culture is good. Company is good mostly for freshers. They have variety of work in web dev but very less projects in Data science.

Dislikes

No projects in Data science. Less work stability. Management needs to reduce meeting timings and more focus on work. Also need to improve on peers help.

worst manager ever. As a fresher, you are given 0 guidance. Managers are the worst. Not at all supportive and disgusting work culture..!! Do not join here ever if you want to save your career.

Everything is worst. From management to managers. No job security. Due to lack of proper guidance and support from the managers, you will not learn the work and neither be provided projects to work on and at the end, you will be fired..!!
