Dislikes

A lot of hype is made around "core values" such as "Respect for people", but all they care about is generating revenues. As a consulting organization, their approach is completely outdated and rarely delivers results. Focus is more on spreading "gyaan" rather than delivering actual, tangible results to clients. They have a standard toolkit which is force-fitted into all client situation, irrespective of whether it suits their needs or not. Surprised how they are still surviving in the cut-throat consulting business.

Work culture is excellent Colleague's are super helpful Work life balance is top notch sometimes get little stretch

Dislikes

Nothing as such, Company is really good but I think they can expand their capabilities. Little bit repetitive work also.

Excellent work-life balance, perfect place for female employees, Good learning platform, Appraisals and benefits are merely based on work performances rather than sycophancy.
