Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. But I'm on payroll. I can't see career growth and suddenly company process closed and resign .

Rates are good for long distance task only.

Dislikes

I dont like current rates changes for delivery partner. 10rs task bonus of evry task. Reduce task rates and boost doesn't add in incentives. Low rates of batching tasks. And must provide returned task to home coz daily we have to go more than 10 km for returned towords home.

...t Learn anything from failures. All decisions are been taken from head office. Salary is credited on regular basis on same date. Delay in salary is informed very late.

Prepare for relentless toil, sometimes without pay, only to be blindsided by their so-called "cost reduction" charade. 5. They Lack both scale and tech to compete. I've witnessed the whole debacle. They are just keeping their ship afloat through copy and paste work done by others. 6. The leadership is a sorry bunch - inept and perpetually half-asleep at the wheel. 7. Don't hold your breath for substantial raises; single-digit increments mean monetary stagnation.
