From 03/08/21 I have been humiliated by the Dunzo support team member for no mistake of mine I have been penalized with rs 200 ( docking amount) + rs 1320 as a fake inbuilt app shows that I have taken the amount from the customer whereas it was a prepaid task + rs105 of the previous day's task amount whereas the customer had paid the amount online she shared with me the screenshot and same was shared by me to my altimate senior in the dunzo Kurla group and after the confirmation from the customer it was cleared that I am not a Theif or culprit and I was given a hope it will be added to my payout account which has to be but nothing sort of this happened instead it is been extended from 08/08/21 to 15/08/21 to 22/08/21 to 29/08/21 and now it seems it will again extended to next week . For the above mentioned matter I have already raised the ticket in the dunzo app as well as in the Mumbai office Dunzo executives Mr. Irfan ,Mr.Saif but only a fake hope is being assured...Read More
