External Hires , often with connections are preferred for promotions, leaving internal candidates sidelined after being invited for interviews. Issues such as minor behavioural concerns or meeting attendance are emphasized over technical contributions, fostering a toxic environment. No long term growth or learning. Company is struggling to have a clear vision for itself. Frequent changes, almost in a span of 1-2 years, in leadership causing unpredicted growth path and even jobs. Randomly hires and then cuts down roles. Favoritism is the key to survival.
