Company culture is one of the best out there. Excellent work life balance and people/management/leadership is genuine and cares about employees. Work wise it’s a bit slow and not that cut throat. Opportunity is there for someone who takes initiative but growth scope is not much in terms of career progression. managers (specifically UK centric) don’t have a big vision as they are sitting comfortably in same position/company for 10-15 years and themselves haven’t explored the industry therefore are not up to date. India leadership is better in terms of experience. Perks & benefits are good. Leaves etc are sufficient and it is encouraged to take leaves and not burn out.

Dislikes

...ing on the same band for years unless somebody in UK retires from the company. Salary wise it’s better paymaster that Indian IT companies but not as good as other tech product companies.

...Revenue is decreasing which has impacted all decisions. No hiring, no backfills. Heads have even said no bonus nxt year and soon there could be layoffs. 3. All departments have different development models and approaches. No consistencies. 4. Development is led by people with Zero or limited tech exposure. 5. No new ideas and multiple teams are developing same concepts. 6. Company is biased towards Europe / uk office employees

Dislikes

... is stagnated, opportunities are sometimes not there, and sometimes not known. Compensation is not at par with market standards. A lot depends on your team, and manager. But individual initiatives are encouraged.

No learning , no promotion scope - only people favourite to higher manager gets promoted. Here promotion from G3 to G4 is fully based on favouritism. Try not to join under ADS side. No learning scope. Higher management is totally filled with politics.
