Company culture is one of the best out there. Excellent work life balance and people/management/leadership is genuine and cares about employees. Work wise it’s a bit slow and not that cut throat. Opportunity is there for someone who takes initiative but growth scope is not much in terms of career progression. managers (specifically UK centric) don’t have a big vision as they are sitting comfortably in same position/company for 10-15 years and themselves haven’t explored the industry therefore are not up to date. India leadership is better in terms of experience. Perks & benefits are good. Leaves etc are sufficient and it is encouraged to take leaves and not burn out....Read More

Career progression is not there because it’s a small organisation. No on-site opportunities. Vertical growth is tough, you might be sitting on the same band for years unless somebody in UK retires from the company. Salary wise it’s better paymaster that Indian IT companies but not as good as other tech product companies.

There is no job safety, HR least bothered on any issue that you face in company to get them resolved , altitude of UK people is very bad and on face they seem fine but on back put all the mistakes on you
