Company culture is one of the best out there. Excellent work life balance and people/management/leadership is genuine and cares about employees. Work wise it’s a bit slow and not that cut throat. Opportunity is there for someone who takes initiative but growth scope is not much in terms of career progression. managers (specifically UK centric) don’t have a big vision as they are sitting comfortably in same position/company for 10-15 years and themselves haven’t explored the industry therefore are not up to date. Career progression is not there because it’s a small organisation. No on-site opportunities. Vertical growth is tough, you might be sitting on the same band for years unless somebody in UK retires from the company. Salary wise it’s better paymaster that Indian IT companies but not as good as other tech product companies.
