A company's MD works with a goal, vision. This company's MD is not having any of his own, he has a vision one day then the other day he has something else. It's obvious what kind of organisation this will be with above said review. They pay you well also may give a better designation but it's quite difficult to work with this firm, it's a complete havoc. Long story short my only suggestion is if you are a complete fresher, do join this company so you'll start the job with the worst and may land on something above that eventually. My condolences with those who are still stuck with Duncan, may god have mercy on them.

Work life balance is good. Prototype development is quick compared to peers. Nothing else to like.

... people forced to resign and asked to left the job on same day. Less increament. No bonus. Location is also far away from pune city.

Employees are subjected to immense pressure, often without proper guidance or realistic targets. The lack of strategic planning in the sales department results in unrealistic expectations, and market conditions are rarely considered when setting goals. This has led to many employees seeking opportunities elsewhere, with job security being a major concern. Operational inefficiencies further add to the frustration, with frequent delays in materials and poor interdepartmental coordination. The HR department, rather than providing support, adds to the confusion with disorganized policies and unclear communication, making transitions difficult and frustrating. Ultimately, Duncan Engineering Ltd. operates more like a local company rather than an MNC, failing to provide the professional structure and support one would expect. My advice: if you are looking for a stable and growth-oriented workplace, this may not be the right choice. Joining here as a fresher might give you an initial push, but long-term prospects remain uncertain.

This company is not a positive environment to work in. Employees are constantly under immense pressure, and there’s a constant fear of job loss. Factory Operations:There’s a severe lack of support when it comes to getting materials on time, with constant delays and failed commitments from various departments. Sales Department:The experience here is quite negative. Leadership lacks proper planning and strategy, and targets are assigned without any thorough market analysis. Many are searching for new jobs due to the uncertainty and poor job security, with several already having left. HR Department:It operates like a disorganized market, offering little to no support when it comes to smooth transitions or proper relieving procedures. Scheder Duncan doesn’t live up to its name. It is not truly an MNC but functions more like a fully Indian company. My advice would be to avoid working in such an organization where you constantly feel insecure.

Onboarding process was very good and help in step by step procedure. Work culture is Very good and all the procedures regarding reporting, CSR Activities and reporting to to office very well designed by the management
